With over three decades of industry experience, Jean brings a vast reservoir of knowledge and expertise to this critical role within the company. Greenberg’s distinguished career in the restoration industry began in California, where she excelled in Sales, Marketing, Project Estimation, and Project Management. Her journey took a significant leap forward in 2005 when she joined Disaster Kleenup International as a National Account Director where she was instrumental in developing and managing insurance programs for both major and mid market carriers, showcasing her adeptness at building strong, lasting relationships and delivering exceptional results. Jean’s success at DKI quickly led to her promotion to Vice President of Operations where she played a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the company’s Managed Repair division. One of her notable achievements was her contribution to the creation and implementation of an industry leading job management platform, which significantly enhanced operational efficiency across the organization.
In 2007, Greenberg took on a new challenge with a National Restoration firm where she oversaw managed repair program
business across 22 office locations. Her leadership was instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with several national managed repair companies. Her ability to lead and optimize operations was further recognized when she was appointed as an interim Regional Manager, where she managed various offices, assessed employee performance, and optimized processes and financials.
Jean’s expertise in mergers and acquisitions shone when she joined the M&A team at the same organization, successfully implementing a playbook for the company’s first acquisition, overseeing integration, and ensuring a seamless transition for both employees and processes, demonstrating her ability to manage complex transitions; born in Boston, Massachusetts, she now resides in Texas, enjoying quality time with her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren.
