CORE University will feature exclusive content in an effort to elevate the industry for all property restoration contractors
AUSTIN, Texas – CORE Group, North America’s fastest-growing contractor network, is pleased to announce that it has officially launched its new educational platform for the Property Restoration Industry, CORE University.
“We are thrilled to partner with a phenomenal group of vendors & thought leaders to provide a well-rounded training system for both in-person and online courses,” said Dan Cassara, CEO at CORE Group. “What we have developed and will continue to develop will equip contractors with outstanding tools for their employees, to retain & attract better talent from across our industry and many others.”
While CORE University will cover everything from technical IICRC certified restoration courses to estimating and safety classes, it was designed for anyone in a contractor’s organization. This includes but not limited to senior staff, project managers, sales & marketing reps, estimators and technicians.
Additionally, through aptitude-based testing and position-based training, courses will be made available that allow companies to get new hires field competent faster than ever. This will benefit any new hire, especially those that may not come from the restoration industry.

CORE University is the first of its kind platform for true employee development in the restoration industry. The system will feature unique badges and designations for companies to track as they advance through the program. Participants will also be able to access articles, webinars, podcasts, white papers, special subscriptions and best practices through CORE University partners.

CORE plans to offer a limited number of courses in the months ahead, with content that will be produced exclusively through CORE University. The new university styled program and its select partners will officially be unveiled at CORE’s annual convention & trade show, The Collective happening August 30 – September 1, 2023 at the J.W. Marriott in downtown Austin, Texas.
